Products in our online store amadea.cz are divided into individual categories. The products are sorted by name, and some products are available in various sizes.

Search:

To find a specific item, you can use the "search" function. The search engine will find everything that contains the keyword you entered.

Product Details and Adding to Cart:

To enlarge the product photo and view more detailed information, click directly on the product that interests you. If you decide to purchase this product, press the "add to cart" button. You can later modify your selection by removing or changing the quantity of items directly in the shopping cart, where all selected items will be displayed. For some products, the quantity may be limited to 1 item per order.

Order:

After selecting the products, fill in the necessary details for billing and delivery, and choose the shipping and payment methods.

Shipping Method:

• Personal pickup at the company headquarters.
• Shipping through the shipping company DPD: This method involves "delivery of the package to a private address." You will be contacted in advance by the driver to arrange a delivery date. If the proposed date is not convenient for you, you can agree on an alternative date or time. The driver will always contact you by phone.
• Shipping through the shipping company PPL: This method also involves "delivery of the package to a private address." You will be contacted in advance by the driver.
• Shipping through Czech Post: There are different options available:
  • "Balík Do ruky" (Package to Hand): This method involves "delivery of the package to a private address." You will be contacted in advance by the driver.
  • "Balík do Balíkovny" (Package to Parcel Shop): This method involves delivering the package to the chosen Parcel Shop.
  • "Balík Na poštu" (Package to Post Office): This method involves delivering the package to the selected Czech Post office.
• Shipping through Zásilkovna: This method involves delivering the package to the chosen Zásilkovna pickup point.

Payment Method:

• Cash on personal pickup.
• Bank transfer: You will receive payment details by email, and the payment should be made based on those details. The goods will be dispatched within 48 hours after the payment is received by the seller.
• Cash on delivery: Payment will be made upon delivery of the shipment by the carrier.
• Payment gateway GoPay or Global Payments.

Shipping and Packaging Costs

Shipping is free in our online store. If the purchase amount exceeds 1500 CZK including VAT, the shipping is also free. (only for Czech Republic)

If you have filled in the details correctly, clicking the "Order" button will take you to a summary control page of the order, where you can review everything and, if necessary, correct or submit the order.

After receiving a properly completed order, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of the order. All orders received in our online store are binding.
